An international thief and cancerous borrowing addict who is well known in the oil and gas industry as a double dealer Kuol Deng Malith was arrested today at 'Palm Africa Hotel by businesswoman Aker Atokrial whom he conned with over $120,000. He could be seen in the picture with a CID officer conducting phone calls in which, according to witnesses, he called Ambassador Mayen Dut to bail him out since the money as he claims were given to Mayen Dut for Kuol Deng to be appointed as Undersecretary for the Ministry of Petroleum. A position that has been given to Hon. Mayen Wol.
This arrest is the 3rd time in less than two months. His close friend who requested not to be named has revealed that 'if it was not because Kuol's documents have been seized, he would have run out of the country. fifty cases are so far opened against him which all are through cancerous borrowing.
