FOREIGN DRIVERS ARE BANNED FROM DRIVING PUBLIC SERVICE VEHICLES

You will not be allowed to drive a public transport if you hold alien documentation, police have said.

The Traffic department’s Director-General Kon John Akot issued the directive prohibiting all foreigners driving from operating any form of public transport vehicle in the country. “If there are foreign businessmen who have public transportation vehicles and want to work in the country, they should give them to drivers and patriots, and not drive public transportation vehicles themselves,” he directed.

Akot said that any foreigner who wants to obtain a driver’s license must first obtain a residence certificate as per the requirements for the companies.

Such documents can be acquired from the ministry of

labour, and the department of the Criminal Investigation Unit. He said the details would help the Traffic Department the foreign drivers easily for law enforcement.

“If the foreigner meets all the requests we mentioned, the traffic department will directly grant him the driver’s license immediately,’’ he said. He attributed this to the need to tame rogue drivers causing accidents that mostly involve water trucks and motorcycles.That South Sudan drives on the right is another reason which, according to Akot, makes it necessary to re-train the foreigners.

He directed the traffic police officers to lead a crackdown on motorcycles, cars without license plates, cars with tinted windows, and cars with temporary or expired plates. He warned water truck drivers against speeding in the neighbourhood adding the lot has caused a lot of accidents which would have been avoidable.

He said that as a result of these cultures of impunity on the roads, criminal elements are taking advantage of it to kidnap innocent people, mostly women.

He appealed to other law enforcing institutions not to interfere with the directorate as it plans to clean up the sector.

‘‘If we arrest a foreigner who has violated traffic laws, some national officials ask us to release him,” he

lamented.

Speaker in Jonglei State 2010 - 2012, and former Minister of Culture, Youth & Sport 2013. Hon. Peter Chol Wal is a criminal by professional, he killed innocent man Ayong Ater Awuol intentionally from the family of Deng ( Panbarkeer ) in Luac Akok Yieu Dinka Clan, Panngong sub - section of Kuec.

He killed Ayong Ater Awuol by gun short in Upper Nile State - Malakal, Baliet County, Adong Payam in the place called Awier Village in 1987. Therefore, Peter Chol Wal was a SPLA soldier under commander Gen. Miakol Deng Anyang in 1987, where he accompanied by six soldiers coming from Abwuong Payam to visit Adong Awier Village opposite to river side of Adong Payam. Thus, after they met Ayong Ater Awuol on the road, the late warmly welcoming them at his residential house as their brothers of Luac Akok Yieu ( Khorfulus), while their numbers were seven people including the elder brother of the suspect Joseph Mareng Wal who is currently a Lecturer of University of Upper Nile.

The food was prepared and cooked to them by the woman who is still alive currently living in Adong the land of Ngok Lual Yak in, and after they eat and drink they slept at home, on another day Peter Chol Wal saw the man who is coming from river side of Adong Payam while he was complaining to shot the innocent man without guilty done by the man. while late Ayong Ater inspected to advise the suspect not to kill him, Peter Chol Wal said this man want to betray us to Arab, Ayong Ater reply to him and said this man is living here with us in this Village, after that Peter Chol want to open the gun and begin to shot him, the man ran away immediately on the side of the river. Deng De Majok definitely Peter Chol Wal turned-over and shot Ayong Ater Awuol with two bullets intentionally at 3: 00pm, and ran away with his criminals.

Therefore, Gen. Miakol Deng Anyang send the armies from Abwuong to search them in the forest, while fled and surrender themselves to Guad Shab Almassala ( SPDF ) in Doleib Upper Nile State, Malakal. The suspect joint SPDF M I unit. Where he become a professional betrayer against the relatives family of the late Ayong Ater Awuol in Malakal, including other civilians who come to buy the salt and clothes in Malakal, He assassinated and betrayed to SPDF to kill them.

In the same year the elders of the community intervene and cancelled the court in Malakal and shifted to local authority in Khorfulus headed by late Michael Chol Monynak and former Commissioner Honourable James Yor Chol.

There was agreement made for compassionate of fifty one cows ( 51 ), while the family of Peter Chol Wal paid seventeen ( 17 ) cows only in 2008. However, the family of deceased reject to receive the cows, while elder Michael Chol Monynak and Hon James Yor Chol convinced them to receive. and tell them that we will take the responsibility to bring the remaining balance. The two elders have a political agenda with Peter Chol Wal inorder not to pay the remaining cows because there was a secret behind from. them.

The suspect was declare not to paid any remaining balance cows wether the family of the late Ayong Ater Awuol will like it or not.

This powerful threat of Peter Chol Wal make the family of the deceased to become aggressive and open the case against Peter Chol Wal in Juba Judiciary Court ( 2021 ). Now, the case of the late is on going in Juba Judiciary Court against Peter Chol.

While he is usually threaten the family of the late to kill any person who is accusatory him in the Court. He can says no body from the family who can stand with me in the court, I can defeat them all in Juba Judiciary Court. It was a failure of the Elders of Community to handle the case through justification. Currently, Honourable Peter Chol Wal is a killer and he is ready to injury any relatives from the family of the late Ayong Ater Awuol because of his ignorance, where every clan from Dinka Padang knows what he did in 1987.

One of the reliable sources from his relatives has revealed to us that Peter Wal Wieu he has planned to eliminate all those who are behind the opening of case in juba court by sending Unknown gunmen to eliminate the family members of Ayong After one by one. Therefore, the above mentioned individuals plus others whom we haven't mentioned in Peter Chol Wieu blacklist must always take extra caution We also urge the family of late to always monitor their movement in order not to fall victim..

Rebel Leader "OLONY" DISPUTES RUMORS OF DEATH

Oloni Johnsons deputy in Akwelak denied allegations that he was killed in clashes with opposition groups led by General Simon Gedwich in Upper Nile State.

General Baromi Ngui is second in command in General Johnson Olonis Akwelek Force. General Simon Gadwich the leader of the Kit-Kwang splinter group in Tonga was killed in recent intense fighting with loyalist forces.

In June the SPLM-IG and Kit-Gwang-Agwelek opposition forces said they had begun implementing security measures. But months of clashes followed after Gedwich and Oloni signed a peace deal with the SPLM-IG in Khartoum earlier this year. Angui is said to have lost his life last month in a battle in Tonga where he was appointed commander of Akweleks army. Angui denied the allegations in response to claims that he was very much alive.

In an exclusive interview with iRadio the rumor mongers on social media said I am dead and a liar and not telling the truth. Im fine and I'm fine. His Excellency President Salva Kiir Mayardit met Hon. Joseph Nguen Monytuil, the Governor of Unity State whom he summoned to explain the incident that happened in Mayom County, Unity State that led to extrajudicial killings. Hon. Governor Joseph Nguen Monytuil explained to the President the two incidents where Mayom County Commissioner Gen. James Chuol Gatluak was killed which led to the killings of the suspects without due process.

In addition, the Governor also briefed the President on the humanitarian situation in Unity State, noting that the area has been affected by floods since last year, which led to the displacement of considerable number of people who are now in dire need of humanitarian assistance. Speaking to the media after the meeting, the Minister of Presidential Affairs Dr. Barnaba Marial Benjamin said President Salva Kiir Mayardit summoned the Governor of Unity State to explain directly the incidents that happened in Mayom County. The Minister stated that South Sudan is a Country with rules and Laws emphasizing that the law should take its course in such situations.

In his remarks, Hon. Joseph Nguen Monytuil said the security situation in Unity State is now back to normalcy.
